A long established law firm based in Billericay, Essex are seeking to appoint a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive to act as the new Head of Department.
The ideal candidate will be a Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive (2+ years PQE) who will have a proven track record dealing with a range of matters, including wills, trusts, lasting powers of attorney, probate, inheritance tax and estate planning.
The role involves managing a well established client base autonomously, so confidence in running your own files is essential, as well as the ability to develop and maintain strong client relationships. STEP accreditation would be an advantage.
