A friendly and established Legal 500 firm in Northampton are searching for a dedicated and experienced residential property paralegal to join their expanding team. 

The firm is a Legal 500 and Chambers and partners recommended specialist in complex residential property matters, servicing there nationally sourced client base, seasoned investors and career property developers. The firm has multiple offices and a large team of  fee earners supported by a number of support staff, the firm has a strong reputation in the local market and has repeat business from long standing historical clients and a large percentage of which offer regular recommendations for further high value work. 

The role will require an experienced Northamptonshire or North Buckinghamshire based residential property paralegal with at least 6 month's fee earning experience. You will ideally have exposure to dealing with various aspects of residential property support work, or even some case management exposure. this could cover freehold and leasehold purchase and sales files, transfer of equity matters, local authority searches, water and drainage searches, marketing and business development and general administrative duties in support of a Legal 500 recommended senior team.
