Your new company
A leading international bank, with inter-continental operations.
Your new role
Your main duty will be to provide legal advice to the business in the UK and Europe. This will mean that you will provide legal analysis and provision of detailed legal and structuring advice on transactions, as well as drafting, and negotiating transaction documentation for the UK and Europe. You will also provide support for DCM transactions for London on an ad hoc basis, along with other varied duties.
What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified solicitor or barrister in England and Wales, and have experience working in financial services. This will require you to have a detailed knowledge of all relevant UK legislation to the bank.
