With great career prospects on offer, the ideal solicitor will have solid experience and a track record of achieving goals and billing targets. You will work well in a team and on own initiative, on a permanent or temporary basis.

• Private funded children matters
• Adoptions
• Children Act applications
• Domestic abuse and injunctions
• Special guardianship orders
• Financial matters
• Care proceedings
• Conducting advocacy
• Business development and networking

The Candidate
• A newly qualified and above solicitor who has strong experience in children matters
• Child Panel Accreditation would be desirable but not essential
• Handle a caseload under minimum supervision and meet key deadlines
• Be personable with an empathic approach to your work
• Work well in a team and on own initiative
• Undertake business development and marketing initiatives
• Available for permanent or locum work
