A leading defendant insurance firm with offices across the UK are looking to expand their defendant Personal Injury department with their commercial office based out of Leeds city centre. The team has a fantastic reputation in the defendant insurance market, and their Personal Injury team in Leeds has a real focus on providing the highest level of service for their defendant insurer clients within the Motor sector.
 
The large defendant Motor team compromises of around 20 fee earners - both qualified and non-qualified and they are each responsible for their own caseload of defendant Motor claims which they see through from instruction through to completion. You'll be joining the team at an exiting time in it's development and from day one you'll be expected to manage an autonomous caseload of both pre-litigated yet predominantly litigated defendant Motor claims.
 
You'll ideally have a minimum of 2 years' experience handling your own caseload of defendant Motor/Personal Injury files and will have seen a claim through its full life cycle. You'll be confident and capable of working in a fast paced working environment and be able to settle in quickly and hit the ground running.
