A highly reputable, Legal 500 Property Litigation specialist law firm based out of modern commercial offices in the heart of Liverpool city centre, are looking to further their technical and complex Property Litigation offering with the hire of an indivudual who is geninely enthusiastic about Property Litigation and has a background in the same.

You will be a confident NQ Solicitor with previous experience in Property Litigation (compelting a seat as part of your training contract and/or experience prior to training) and your new role will see you dealing with an array of Property Litigation matters including but not limited to; ground rent arrears, lease extensions, breaches of covenant and commercial property litigation etc.

You'll be working as part of a small close knit and genuinely specialist team and you'll be guided by experienced Senior Solicitors and the Head of Dept who will be on hand to provide support in order for you to develop and ensure that work is being done to the highest standard.
 
Ideally you will posses previous Property Litigation experience gained as part of your training contract, however if you are a strong litigator with good commercial awareness and have the genuine desire to move into Property Litigation then you are actively encouraged to apply for this role.
