A national defendant insurance firm with offices across the UK are looking to expand their already successful defendant Motor department in Liverpool city centre with the hire of an eperienced and confident Defendant Motor Paralegal.
 
You will be joining this fast paced and close knit defendant Motor team, which compromise of qualified and non-qualified fee earners. Your caseload will consists of pre-litigated and litigated defendant Motor claims which you'll see through from instruction through to completion with little to no supervison.

You'll be joining the team at an exiting time in it's  growth and developement and they can offer real opportunities for progression longer term.

You will have a strong background in dealing with litigated work, as this is where your main focus will be and you will be able to demonstrate strong litigation skills. Ideally you will have at least 2 years experience dealing with your own caseload of defendant Motor files, however if you are a strong and technically competant litigator coming from a claimant background you are actively encouraged to apply.
