This Legal 500 Hull based law firm is rapidly expanding, resulting in its need to add an ambitious corporate solicitors 3-5 PQE to its team of four. Finding individuals with the willingness and drive to progress is more important to them than the right PQE. 
 
You will be responsible for high calibre corporate transactions for a wide range of the firm’s clients including PLCs, family businesses, charities and education providers. You will be exposed to high value big ticket transactions to include M&A, joint ventures and share sales from the day you start.
 
Previous experience within a corporate law position is essential and possessing the confidence and ability to assist with the firm's business development is beneficial.
 
This is a full time or part time position and will provide an experienced corporate solicitor the opportunity to further develop your career within a forward thinking, highly respected and supportive Legal 500 law firm.
