Construction Partner/Partner Designate role in the City Centre with a proper work life balance!

You will ideally be at least 7 years pqe + and have a solid grounding in construction work. The firm's 30+ strong real estate team deals with some excellent quality work across a broad range of property matters including: acquisitions and disposals, landlord & tenant leasework, portfolio management, property investment and JVs, property finance and development / redevelopment work.

Clients include household name firms, banks, financial institutions, developers, corporates and investors / private equity houses. In construction the firms department currently deals with a wide variety of matters which includes all aspects of drafting, negotiating and completing building contracts, professionals' appointments and related documentation.

From their existing client base the firm have identified a good bolt on to their current offering would be to offer a construction department. The firm has good experience at launching new sub departments and have recently had lots of success with another department - this has been a well thought through decision and can offer the potential candidate fantastic benefits and earning potential.

A following of business is not essential although would be to advantage. What however is essential is that you are able to build relationships and are a natural networker - the firm have got some fantastic ideas for this department and they believe this is an exciting venture that has the opportunity to quickly and organically grow. You will be joining a very well established firm who already have a great reputation in the market place.
