Conveyancing Paralegal role available in South Manchester area - entry level with progression

Your new company
A successful and well regarded firm in South Manchester, who offer a broad range of legal services. Due to continued success they are now looking to recruit a Conveyancing Paralegal.

Your new role
You will be joining a large, experienced conveyancing team. You will be working on the progression of conveyancing files including purchase, sales and re-mortgages from instruction to completion. The work will be fast paced and varied, but will include updating the case management system, requesting property searches, producing relevant documentation, producing letters and legal documentation, and liaising with various parties on all aspects of the conveyancing transaction.

What you'll need to succeed
Ideally you will have previous experience as a Paralegal within a conveyancing department, as well as your LPC or law degree. Legal work experience is advantageous but not essential, however, it is essential that you have had previous employment within a customer facing role, perhaps a part time role whilst studying, or similar, as a strong work ethic and demonstrable employment experience is required. You will also ideally be situated in the South Manchester area.
