Your new role
You will be joining the highly successful Commercial Disputes team to assist in resolving a number of disputes. Managing your own caseload of debt recovery matters, resolving disputes in the county court as well as assisting and supporting the team with higher value work including the High Court.

This will be a varied and interesting role with plenty of progression available for the successful applicant.

What you'll need to succeed
You will have experience in commercial litigation or debt recovery matters at a minimum legal assistant level as well as a legal education at LLB or LPC level. You will have solid academics as well as a positive and can do attitude.
