The team boasts an exceptional record of successful volume debt recovery in all sectors. They have particular expertise in pursuing the recovery of bulk consumer debts and provide a service to a number of major financial institutions and debt purchase clients.

They are paying a competitive package of c.£35,000+ dependent on PQE level experience. In addition, a fantastic benefits package is also on offer which includes 25 days’ holiday + bank holidays, health insurance, critical-illness cover, death-in-service and childcare vouchers.

The role

You will have 0-2 years PQE experience with a genuine interest in and desire to develop role in Commercial Debt recoveries.  

In this role you will run your own caseload of files under supervision but with high degree of autonomy and personal responsibility. This will involve managing defended/disputed legal proceedings and handling complex insurance cases specifically around Article 75. You will also assist with Pre-Litigation cases to resolve without need for Litigation.
