Residential Property Solicitor – This Legal 500 and Chambers ranked practice that has been serving the people of Bristol, Bath and London for a great number of years are now seeking a further experienced residential property solicitor to join and take a leading role in a very busy, demanding, residential property team.

Based in the City centre offices you will be joining and leading an established conveyancing team with a fantastic track record in handling HNW properties and that offers an outstanding service to their clients. They are now looking for a c.7years + PQE solicitor who is able to interact well with clients and who has a solid record in managing a busy caseload of freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, shared ownership purchases, mortgaging & re-mortgaging, searches & surveys and auction purchases.
