The Role:

This role would suit a Commercial Solicitor looking to make the next move in their career in an ever expanding and strengthening Commercial Property Team. You would be leading a team of 15 from the Camberley office so lots of energy is essential along with strong business development skills.

The Commercial Property Department deals with the full spectrum of Commercial Property work including acquisitions & disposals commercial leases, landlord & tenant matters and secured lending. An existing client base though not essential would be an advantage.

The role would suit an ambitious Senior Associate looking for that next step up or a Partner looking for a lateral move.

Requirements:

• You will be a Commercial Property Solicitor with 5+ years PQE
• Excellent technical knowledge of Commercial Property
• Strong track record of business development experience
• Superb client care skills
• A client following is not essential but would be advantageous
