I am working with a law firm that is actively looking for a passionate property solicitor to join their Axminster office.
The position has arisen due to a period of sustained growth and they require you to have experience of dealing with a broad range of property matters including sales, purchases, transfers of equity and remortgage matters.
You must be able to deal with matters with confidence and must have a personable and calm nature in dealing with clients both on the telephone and on a face to face basis.
A candidate that has also has experience in commercial agricultural and high quality residential property work would be highly desirable.
