Your new role

This is an exciting and rare opportunity to join an established firm but play a significant role in shaping and growing their Bristol Employment team. You will be supporting colleagues across the firm's network of offices. With the opportunity to work on both contentious and Non-Contentious Employment work, you will be part of a successful and profitable Employment team providing a full service offering to an enviable client base.

Your role will also involve focusing on building and maintaining effective relationships within the Bristol and wider Southwest market and helping to grow this team's reputation and reach.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be established in the Bristol market and have a proven track record of winning and developing work and clients in the region, having worked for a firm with a respected Employment practice. You may have a background in either contentious or non-contentious Employment advice, though experience of both would be a distinct advantage.

You will be confident in running your own matters and in supervising and mentoring junior colleagues.
