The Role:

The firm is seeking to hire a Commercial and Residential Property Solicitor to join their Uxbridge, West London office.

You will be responsible for taking on a high-quality caseload and hitting the ground running; you must be able to work independently. It will involve a varied caseload between Commercial (70%) and high value-residential (30%). On the commercial side the work will include landlord and tenant, commercial leases, sales and purchases.

Requirements:

• You must have experience handling a split case load between Commercial and Residential matters.
• You must have between 2-7 years PQE.
• Having a history of consistent billings is favourable.
• The role is based in Uxbridge, West London.
• Salary is largely dependent on your experience.
• You must be a keen networker who is able to develop business relationships.
