Commercial Property Solicitor - 3yrs+ PQE £38000 - £50000
A very well established local law firm in the Gosport area with decades of experience in advising private and commercial clients in legal matters both regionally and on a wider national basis.
The firm are seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor with at least 3 years PQE (or Legal Executive with equivalent experience) to join what is already a busy team in order to strengthen and develop further their existing commercial proposition. Being an experienced Solicitor you will no doubt already have a good grasp of Commercial Property work, for this particular role that should include Landlord and Tenant, commercial leases/renewals, development work, overage as well as the sale and acquisition of small businesses and some residential conveyancing.
If you enjoy working independently this role will be of interest to you, an existing and varied caseload will be available for you to take over for which you will be given all the right support when you need it.
