Job Details
Errington Legal are recruiting for a senior Commercial Lawyer with at least 5 years post qualification experience and a keen eye for detail, to join a tech start up based in Cambridge.
The role will lead development of software aimed at the B2B market, with responsibility for building and coordinating the software's governance. Working both with key stakeholders within the business and 3rd parties, this role will require strong communication and organisational skills and has an international remit, offering an opportunity to help shape something not tried before.
This role will suit a technically strong lawyer, with proven experience dealing with complex contracts at all stages. As this business continues to grow, the successful individual will also need to adapt their role and responsibilities along with the business' needs. Prior experience managing a small team would be an advantage.
