This is a major international law firm with 28 offices spanning 16 countries. They provide consistently high quality and commercially relevant legal advice on a worldwide scale across core business areas such as finance, corporate, energy, resources and infrastructure. They employ over 2,500 lawyers, and pride themselves on providing an international insight of a global network combined with solid local market knowledge.
Our client is seeking an experienced Real Estate Development Solicitor to take day to day responsibility for more straightforward matters and actively progress complex matters specifically relating to Site Set up and large plot sales schemes
You will be a qualified lawyer with post-qualification experience in real estate work gained from a major law firm. You must have client facing experience as well as the ability to understand and respond effectively to client needs.
Business development and people skills will be a prerequisite as you will actively seek to identify personnel within the client whom you should get to know, and then be effective in nurturing those relationships. In contrast, you will be confident and effective in negotiations with counterparts.
Our client has an established framework in place for the purpose of clearly outlining the path for promotion, and you may also be offered the opportunity of a secondment with one of the firms key clients.
