The Commercial Property department deal with a really broad spectrum that makes the role very interesting, this includes; Landlord & Tenant, Commercial leases, Investment, Development and Acquisitions and disposals. You will need to have already gained good experience as a paralegal and undertaken a commercial property seat in your training contract to be considered for this position.
