Job Details
Opportunity for a Commercial Property Solicitor to join this local practice and work as part of a small team dealing with quality work on behalf of a loyal client base. Based in the heart of Bolton you will have the opportunity to develop your career at a traditional practice that fully supports their own staff.
You will be expected to deal with a wide range of clients from small local businesses to well established SME's that have a national reach. The majority of work will be focused on retail & business sectors with matters consisting of sale & purchase, developments, acquisitions & disposals, business leases and lease renewals.
Whilst there is already an established client base in place, you will be expected to help with business development and generating new work for the department. As this is a small team you will be working closely with a Partner however this also means you will be mentored and have a great opportunity to progress your career with the distinct possibility of holding a management role. You will have secretarial & paralegal support but the expectation is for you to deal with most of the matters from start to finish.
PQE level is flexible for this role and therefore salary will be based on your existing level. This firm are happy to offer a bonus package and the opportunity to earn more on top of your basic salary. Please contact Nick Skelly at QED Legal for further information on this role.
