Job Details
Due to growth a vacancy has arisen in our client's Residential Development team for a Solicitor or Legal Executive of 3-5 Yrs PQE to provide development and related services to Social Housing associations, house builders and private developers. Initially this is a 12 month maternity contract with the potential to become a permanent role thereafter.
You will have experience in all aspects of Housing Associate & Housing Development and related regulations. You will have the ability to take on a busy caseload from day one and to work independently with little supervision. The ability to work as part of a dedicated team is essential
The nature and seniority of the role is such that the successful applicant will need to be flexible and may have to work extra hours in order to manage the requirements of individual clients.
