Conveyancer - A conveyancer is required to join a Birmingham law firm. The Conveyancer with act on a case load residential conveyancing files from instruction through to post completion dealing with sales, purchase, remortgages and equity release for freehold and leasehold properties. The successful conveyancer may be a qualified solicitor, legal executive, licensed conveyancer or experienced residential fee earner. This is a forward thinking law firm with residential conveyancing team punching above its weight in terms of servicing a high number of quality clients spread across the UK in relation to the team’s size. Salary £28,000 to £38,000
