The Role

Our client is in the market seeking to recruit for a talented, ambitious Criminal Duty Solicitor with proven experience within the criminal law field to be part of this dynamic and professional team. Based in their modern offices in the Middlesex/West London area, applicants will provide a high quality legal service to clients on all aspects of criminal defence matters which will include attending and representing clients at police stations and in the magistrate court. You must hold a full, clean practice certificate and be duty accredited. In return our client offers a fantastic long term position with progression opportunities and and excellent salary/package with benefits package.

The Candidate
  • Applications are welcomed from qualified Duty Solicitors with general criminal law experience
  • Applicants will have experience within representing clients at police stations and in the magistrate court
  • The successful candidate will hold a current clean practising certificate from the SRA
  • Contacts in the market or any potential client base to bring to the firm would be an advantage, but is not essential
  • Have a high standard of client care with excellent communication skills
