The Role:

The firm is currently recruiting for a Residential Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer for their Reading office.

Now is an exciting time to join the office and the role will come with good prospects for progression. You will work alongside a highly experienced, Legal 500 ranked, Residential Property team. The firm deal with an excellent quality of work.
The team have recently acted on several very high-profile cases therefore you will be used to managing a complex and demanding caseload.

You will work broadly on Residential Property matters, ranging from, but not limited to Freehold conveyancing and Leasehold conveyancing in relation to purchase, re-mortgaging and purchases.

You might be an Associate seeking a route to being a Senior Associate with this firm being a great launchpad for this.

Requirements:

• You will be a Residential Property Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer with at least 3 years.
• You will have good technical knowledge
• First-class client care skills are essential
• Good at organising yourself and prioritising your workload
• This role comes with good prospects for progression for the future for a self-motivated applicant
• Ability to build and develop client relationships is essential
• Salary is negotiable depending on your level of PQE, plus an exceptional benefits package
