You will deal with appeals, major section 106 agreements and judicial review is sough and advising in respect of the community infrastructure levy and the DCO process would be an advantage. You will be a Planning Solicitor with at least 5 years PQE, your background may be in private practice or local authority. You should have good Planning experience dealing with a variety of work, you should have good interpersonal skills and the ability to build strong client relationships. Salary is negotiable depending on your level of experience, plus an exceptional benefits package.
