Solicitor - Personal Injury - Salary Dependent on Experience

My client is seeking an experienced PI Solicitor to join their International Personal Injury Department in Birmingham to work predominatly on cases involving foreign law and cross border disputes.

In this role you will:

- Act exclusively for both domestic and overseas Claimants in claims for personal injury compensation regarding accidents and sickness occurring outside of the Jurisdiction of England & Wales.
- Handle Multi-Track claims in value and/ or complexity involving multifaceted cross-border litigation issues in both liability admitted and disputed cases.
- Effectively conduct pre-action litigation as well as litigating claims in the Queen's Bench Division of the High Court of Justice (Royal Courts of Justice and District Registries).
- Claim types include: RTA and Non RTA, workplace accident abroad, cruise accidents, skiing/adventure sports accidents, holiday sickness and foreign jurisdiction claims.

To be considered for this role you must:

- Be 2-4 Years PQE
- Have Multi-Track experience.
- Track record in handling litigated cases and volume cases (100+ caseload).
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Supervisory Experience (Desirable)
