Retaining quality 'international household name' clients you would be working with the corporate team of 8 in their Manchester office on a range of work inclusive of M&A, re-organisations, venture capital, joint ventures, capital markets and private equity matters.

There is a very well-ranked Partner in the department with a strong consistent record of business development. The matters are often high-profile and complex and the structure in the team gives a real platform for a new hire to hit the next rung on the career ladder.
