Real Estate Paralegal. 
 
Our client is an award-winning, international law firm with a strong and well regarded national real estate practice with strong roots in Manchester.  They now seek to hire an additional real estate paralegal into the team.  
  
The real estate team deals with a broad spectrum of commercial property matters including modest transactions as well as a number of high profile deals. The team works with a list of very impressive and wide ranging clients from various sectors including housing, hotels and leisure, retail, student housing, office and logistics.
 
Your role will involve providing support to fee earners with supervision. You will be responsible for working with the team to produce and negotiate the documentation for property acquisitions and disposals for leading property companies and dealing with exchange and completion. You will be running residential property transactions including plot sales, distressed and portfolio sales and processing servitudes, sales and leases for utility providers. 
 
To be considered for this real estate paralegal opportunity in Manchester, you will need to have worked at a national or recognised regional firm with a good academic profile (2:1 or equivalent).
