Legal Counsel (Compliance/Litigation) - Private Practice– 2 years’ +
Our client is a well-known international firm, looking to hire an additional lawyer to join their busy General Counsel team based in the City. This is a varied role, responsible for supporting the business in making good risk based decisions on a broad range of issues affecting both clients and company.
You will lead in developing and maintaining the very highest professional standards of conduct across the business as well as managing risk and compliance, and ensuring best practice according to SRA regulations.
To be considered for this position, you will be a UK qualified solicitor from another highly-regarded, City law firm. Solid litigation experience is necessary, coupled with experience in risk management and compliance gained either from a City law firm, or global professional services company.
