The Litigation department has a real mixture of work, this broadness and variety makes the role really interesting however, the focus will be within Commercial and Financial Litigation. Matters will include large scale, cross-border and complex commercial matters.
You will be a Commercial Litigation Solicitor with 1 - 3 years PQE. You will ideally have higher rights, although this is not essential. You should have good experience of running your own caseload with a good billing history. You will need to have excellent academic qualifications, good relevant experience of acting on complex, multi- jurisdictional cases, domestically and/or internationally and have experience in the finance and/or shipping sector.
