Court of Protection Solicitor / Executive – Swansea

A well regarded legal 500 client based in Swansea are currently looking to recruit a Solicitor / Legal Executive to work within the expanding court of protection team within the Private Client department.

As a Solicitor, you will be responsible for handling the Court of Protection matters, working closely with the professional deputies ensuring clients receive all state benefits available to them, preparing and managing monthly budgets and annual forecasts, and actioning financial advisors’ investment recommendations

There will also be the opportunity to supervise and mentor junior members of the team.

You will liaise with 3rd party professionals such as case managers, physiotherapists, occupational therapists and speech and language therapists to ensure clients needs are met.
