RTA Team Leader

I have the pleasure of working with a highly regarded law firm who are looking for an RTA Team Leader to join their offices in Liverpool city centre in the heart of the commercial district.

The firm offers a variety of different areas of personal injury which includes motor accidents, accidents at work, clinical negligence, beauty and cosmetic claims and product liability claims.

They are paying a competitive package of c.£45,000 dependent on level experience. In addition, a fantastic benefits package is also on offer which includes bonuses, pension, 25 days holidays, flexible working hours and many more!

The role

You will have experience of dealing with your own caseload of RTA litigated files from inception to settlement and be confident in running cases to trial. You will also be confident in dealing with technical issues that can arise from RTA cases and have a strong knowledge of CPR.

In this role you will be have full responsibility for the supervision of a small litigated team to include 3 litigators and 1 administrator and therefore previous experience of supervising a team is essential. The firm has a controlled recruitment plan and the team may therefore gradually increase to 6 litigators in total over time.

Main duties in the role will include reporting on key KPI targets for the team including issuing, settlements, billing, medicals, part 36 offers, inactivity, aged debt, limitation and cases waiting to be issued.

This position would suit a dedicated and passionate RTA Fee Earner / Solicitor who is keen to develop their career further.
