The Role

This firm are looking for a Litigation Solicitor 2-5 years PQE to join their incredibly successful operation in Bath, Somerset.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Solicitor to join this exceptional firm's Dispute Resolution Team.

The role will be based in the Bath, Somerset office.

The work involves acting for companies as well as for individuals. There is a real variety of Commercial and Civil Litigation work. Areas where the successful Solicitor is likely to work include:-

• Legacy/ Disputes Contentious Probate Contract Disputes
• Professional Negligence
• Breach of trust claims
• Property disputes/Construction disputes
• Defamation
• Shareholder and partnership disputes
• Commercial Landlord and Tenant disputes including rent arrears, forfeiture, possession, dilapidation claims, business tenancy renewals
