Commerical Property Lawyer

My client is looking for an experienced Commercial Property Lawyer to join their Poole office. As a company they can trace their history back over 300 years and have offices across the South West and in London. They have a track record of developing and supporting their employees fully in their careers.

Ideally you will be a qualified lawyer (5-6 Years PQE) and have an excellent working knowledge of Commercial Property and Land Law. The firm also carries out Housing Association transactions so experience with this would be highly desirable.

You will be expected to grow your existing desk and create new relationships so having a pro active approach to business development is very important.

The ability to work to deadlines whilst ensuring the standard of work is kept to the highest possible standard is crucial.

The successful candidate will have excellent written and spoken English as well as a working knowledge of Microsoft office. You will also be a driver with access to own transport (Car).

You will be compensated with a very competitive benefit package and up to 35 days holiday per annum.
