Job Details
As a litigation fee earner, you will be working in a team that prepares and advises on landlord and tenant litigation matters. Working with supervision from a solicitor, you will be responsible for assisting with the day to day running of the landlord and tenant department’s caseload.
In order to be considered for this vacancy, you must have a law degree and either be a member of CILEx such as a GILEx or ACILEx or be a Fellow of the Institute of Paralegals.
Landlord and tenant litigation experience is desirable but not essential as there will be first class training given in this area of law. However you must have at least 12 months previous litigation fee earning experience in either debt recovery or contract litigation.
