Established for over 150 years, this 2 branch law firm in Oxfordshire are seeking an experience fee earner to join the Commercial Property Department. As part of the firm's succession planning, they are seeking a Solicitor who specialises in all aspects of conveyancing and property work to join their Property department.
 
The firm have a formidable reputation and an extensive network of professional contacts in the local area. Offering you a broad range of property-related legal work for clients which include a number of small to medium sized business owners as well as several agricultural farming & estates clients.
 
The ideal candidate will be comfortable with liaising with property developers, business owners and local landowners (including farmers) as the firm have been instructed for several decades, for their expertise in this area of property law. You will be responsible for managing your own commercial property caseload including sales & purchase, leasehold and commercial freehold work.
