Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor

A firmly established and very strong regional firm is eager to appoint an experienced and ambitious Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor to its office in the heart of Warwickshire in order to deal with a very varied caseload of civil and commercial litigation matters.

Having been in practice in Warwickshire for well of over 50 years, the firm is a longstanding and established practice and takes great pride in having met the needs of the wider community for decades. It has a well-deserved, solid reputation as being the "go to" firm in the region for legal issues on behalf of commercial and individual clients.

Due to a combination of an increase in instructions and with both eyes very firmly fixed on succession planning, the practice is now keen to speak with a Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor who has a minimum of 7 years' PQE and who is keen to move into a management role in the medium term. This is an interesting proposition that will provide a solid platform for swift progression which could ultimately lead to partnership and will allow you to effectively acquire a longstanding and loyal client base. It goes without saying that you will have experience of dealing with a broad portfolio of litigation matters to include professional negligence, shareholders and partnership disputes, breach of contract issues, boundary and building disputes, contentious probate claims, breach of restrictive covenants and also civil and commercial debt recovery and enforcement. You will be an excellent communicator, a strong negotiator and a tenacious litigator when the situation requires.

Given that this role has the prospect of allowing you to attain an influential position within the practice, it is important that you are ambitious about growing your practice area and that you are enthusiastic about providing an exceptional service whilst at the same having first class client care skills whilst also being very commercial minded.

The firm is offering a very competitive salary along with a strong benefits package which includes a generous holiday allowance as well as free on-site parking and the practice really does promote a very open and transparent culture in order to provide a friendly and supportive environment.

If you are looking for a senior role with longevity and very real prospects of progression to partner level, then this opportunity is well worth exploring further so for more information on this Civil & Commercial Litigation Solicitor role please contact Matt Robinson at QED Legal.
