An opportunity has arisen for a Heath & Safety and Corporate Crime Solicitor to join one of the leading firms in the sector based in the City of London.
In this role you will take on caseload of matters such as corporate manslaughter, serious health & safety breaches, and regulatory matters relating to environmental and other related legislation.
Ideally you will have at least 2 years post qualification experience of dealing with serious heath & safety breaches such as corporate manslaughter, which could be as part of a wider caseload incorporating other regulatory offences and business crime.
