What you'll need to succeed
You will be a lawyer at NQ level or with up to circa 5 years' pqe. Ideally you will have gained good exposure to IP litigation work. However, if you are a commercial litigation lawyer who has some experience of IP litigation and are looking to specialise further in this area then your application will also be considered.
