Thriving Leicestershire firm seeks an ambitious Commercial Property Solicitor.

The successful applicant will manage a caseload of commercial property matters for a broad mix of clients. They will work closely alongside a respected Partner and will benefit from their experience and guidance.

The caseload will focus on acquisitions and disposals of commercial property and Landlord and Tenant matters and will also include working on more complex agricultural and development matters with support.

This is a friendly and accommodating firm which has gone from strength to strength in recent years. They have established a loyal and growing client base and receive regular instruction on high quality work.

A competitive salary of £45,000 to £55,000 is on offer dependent on experience.

In order to be considered for this position you must be a qualified Solicitor with demonstrable experience handling a commercial property caseload. We are interested in hearing from Commercial Property Solicitors at all levels of post qualification experience.
