The most well regarded Personal Injury department in the borough, operating out of modern commercial offices in Haydock, Merseyside, have a new position within their large award winning RTA Litigation department. 
 
Coming into this large yet close knit RTA department, your new role will be to take on full responsibility for an autonomous caseload of all post portal & litigated RTA matters. The team compromises of both qualified and non-qualified fee earners and in line with the growth of the department you will be an NQ+ Solicitor with a strong background in litigated RTA or a very confident RTA Fee Earner who can demonstrate strong technical skills.

The department has grown rapidly in size over the last 2 years due to an influx of new work from clients and they are busier than ever, so it is expected that you will be used to working in a fast paced and target driven environment.
