Your new role

This real estate role will see you play a key role in supervising fee earners within the team. You will work closely with key clients to liaise on best practice and to streamline processes. Your role will also be to mentor and develop the junior lawyers in the team. The role will also involve you in undertaking fee earning work although this is not a full fee earning role.

What you'll need to succeed

You will be a real estate lawyer who is a good communicator with strong interpersonal and coaching skills. It is important that you have very good technical skills as well as the ability to work effectively with key clients in terms of service delivery.
