Job Details
My client is seeking a full-time Qualified Family Lawyer at their successful Reading office. There may be a requirement to work from other offices on occasion.
The role would suit a Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive who has previous experience of running a varied caseload of family matters. Candidates must have good advocacy skills and sound working knowledge of financial matrimonial matters (rather than children work) as well as Property Disputes (Trust of Land and Appointment of Trustees Act).
Whilst 2 years' PQE is desired, candidates without this who possess the required competencies may be considered.
