Commercial Lawyer

My client currently has a full time requirement for a Commercial Solicitor within the Commercial Department who is willing to work out of both the Dorchester and Poole offices.

This is a rare and exciting opportunity that will involve working within a busy team of lawyers and support staff, on a range of company /commercial work, which may include: company and business sales and purchases, contract drafting and negotiation (covering all types of contracts including Terms & Conditions of Sale/ Purchase; Supply/ Distribution/ Agency /Franchise agreements etc), private equity/ investment documentation and other corporate finance related transactions.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years PQE, and be proven in handling corporate transactions work and a willingness to further develop their skills within company/commercial law.

The position offers a fantastic opportunity to get involved in a variety of company/ commercial work with the delivery of a wide range of services to clients in the local area, as well as nationally and internationally. A willingness to travel is required (expenses paid).
