Employment Solicitor

Ideally, you will have current/previous experience of working as an Employment Lawyer in a well-established firm. You need to be able to demonstrate that you have circa six years PQE. Both on your CV and at interview, you should be able to demonstrate significant experience in a mix of contentious and non-contentious matters.

You will be efficient, self-motivated, organised, a multi-tasker, a communicator and possess a real 'can do' attitude, able to work under pressure, have an eye for detail and undoubtedly be IT literate. Good market-knowledge, along with 'go to' contacts are desirable.
