Job Details
Childcare Paralegal
Venn Group is recruiting for experienced Paralegals with exposure to a childcare caseload within a local authority.
The client, a shared legal service based in London, are looking for an enthusiastic Paralegal who will be able to manage their own caseload as well as assist the Solicitors within the team with the day to day duties.
The caseload will include, but will not be limited to:
- Childcare proceedings
- Adoption
- Emergency Protection Orders
- Child Protection Orders
The council are seeking candidates who are able to meet the demands of a large varied caseload amongst the following:
- Experience working within a local authority
- Exposure to a childcare caseload
- Adept at using IKEN system
- Good knowledge of relevant legislation related to childcare laws
