Residential Conveyancer/ Conveyancing Solicitor
A new opportunity has arisen for an experienced residential conveyancer with business development experience/ Following to join our busy residential conveyancing department in Enfield, North London. The role will see you manage a caseload of freehold & leasehold transactions for sales & purchase, right to buy, new build, transfer of equity, shared ownership and equity release matters. The successful candidates will be a self-sufficient qualified fee earner, Licensed Conveyancer or FCILEX with the aim of building new business and servicing this.
The Candidate:
• Residential Conveyancer with a minimum of 2-3 years PQE
• Commercially aware
•Personable and confident with excellent communication and client care skills
• Good organisational skills
• Able to work well under pressure to meet tight deadlines
