Job Details
My client, a Legal 500, top draw, Manchester based Law Firm is seeking to appoint an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor to join the team based in Altrincham.
You will have a minimum of 5-6 years PQE and suitable candidates will have experience of managing an existing caseload of general Commercial Property matters from inception to completion. This position will include Sales and acquisitions of properties, Landlord and Tenants work acting for both landlords and tenant, Development work acting for residential and commercial developers, Secured lending acting for clearing banks, other banks and financial institutions, Option and pre-emption agreements, Overage arrangements
The successful Commercial Property Solicitor will be someone with a good academic background and training, who is looking to further develop their career and maintain a high quality of work in a team-orientated environment.
